All projects start with a carefully planned design. This blueprint is the roadmap for our teams to navigate the project, and ensures everyone is on the same page.
Our design package starts with a site visit from our design team. They will measure up your space and discuss your vision in detail with you. From there, the pro’s will weigh in on the things that will impact the layout, like local municipal by-laws, land topography, drainage, and flow. Once all these influences have been taken into consideration, the design drafts will start taking shape. This will be a back and forth process with your input front and center.
