Water Chemistry Requirements
In order for you to get the most out of your pool and make sure it’s running at optimal condition, you must ensure that your chemicals are properly balanced.
Improper water chemistry will lead to possible issues with your liner, pool heater, pool pump, and other pool equipment.
Additionally, poor water chemistry can cause skin and eye irritation. Failure to maintain balanced water will also void the warranty on your pool equipment which is an unnecessary expense for you to incur.
As the COVID-19 social distancing orders remain in place, we have taken steps to make sure that our customers can safely and effectively maintain their pool.
For the 2020 pool season, we would like to introduce 2 options to provide you with access to water testing and chemical purchases.
OPTION 1: LOYALTY PROGRAM — MOBILE WATER TESTING AND CHEMICAL DELIVERY
For $300 + HST for the season, customers will be provided with 8 mobile water tests to be conducted at the convenience
of your home.
Schedule will be as follows: 1 test in May, 2 in June, 2 in July, 2 in August, and 1 in September.
Our knowledgeable staff will take a sample of your water, analyze the results and advise customers as to what chemicals are needed, if any.
For your convenience, we will have our vehicle stocked with products for purchase to avoid you having to leave home.
This program was designed to make maintaining your pool as easy and effortless as possible.
As a Loyalty Program Member, you will also be entitled to a 10% discount on any chemical or accessory purchases throughout the 2020 season.

OPTION 2: RETAIL STORE WATER TESTING / CURB SIDE PICK UP OR CHEMICAL DELIVERY
Again, with social distancing measures in place, for both the safety of our staff and customers, the retail store will remain closed to the public until June 30th, 2020.
Therefore, we are offering the following program on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
During these designated hours, customers who choose not to engage in the Loyalty Program, will have access to our in-store water testing and will be able to make any necessary purchases.
Labeled water samples can be left outside of the store and will be tested by staff.
Customers are welcome to leave the sample and get results via
email, or wait for results. Please note that there may be wait times due to the volume of testing which is beyond our control.
In addition to the water testing service, we will offer curbside pick up or no charge chemical delivery (minimum purchase of $75.00 required).
At this time, we have decided to close the retail store to the public until June 30th, 2020.
Water testing is a considerable cost to Pool Craft and as such, Pool Craft kindly requests customers who choose option #2 support our business with chemical purchases throughout the season.
